The HD Hogan Memorial Rodeo Scholarship Fund was established to honor the memory of this fallen Marine, Rodeo Cowboy, and Hero. It was established to carry on the legacy of the man he was - a true America who loved his country and the sport of rodeo. The HD Hogan Memorial Rodeo Scholarship Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that awards college scholarships annually to high school seniors, to assist them in continuing their education and rodeo careers in college.

Application Process

These scholarships are available to all state's High School rodeo team's seniors who wish to apply, not limited by gender or events. To be considered for one of these scholarships you must be a High School senior graduating High School in 2019. Please send an essay that defines what being an American means to you, and what the sport of rodeo means to you. Please include your name, contact information, and where you plan to attend college. Must be postmarked by September 1st, 2019.
